EFF-01 concrete foam agent use high quality natural plant polymer materials as raw materials, it is produced after a series of complex chemical reaction; the appearance is light yellow transparent oily liquid. Not sensitive to hard water, non-toxic, tasteless, non-sediment. PH value is close to neutral, non-corrosive to cement and metal, environment friendly. The foaming agent is easy for storage, non-perishable; it has rich and stable foam.

Dosage proportion:

Water: EFF-01(KG)             50- 60kg: 1kg

Water: Cement                 0.6-0.7kg: 1kg         

Benefits:

EFF-01 could generate rich foam with less dosage, it has low cost, of high quality and stability characteristics, one barrel foaming agent (200kg) can produce about 500 cubic meters of foaming concrete, it has been widely used in the Radiant Floor Heating and the roof deck insulation work, can significantly reduce construction costs.

Lightweight Concrete is used when structural concerns require a minimum increase to the dead load. Lightweight Concrete is ideal for stair pan fill, elevated floor slabs or overlays on existing floor decks. It can also be used for appliance platforms, curbs, down spout gutters, balconies, floors, fish ponds, walls, setting posts, castings, steps, or virtually any job that would normally be done with standard weight concrete. Use it where ease in lifting and carrying is important. Lightweight Concrete also offers slower temperature transfer rates than standard weight concrete, resulting in improved insulation factors.

Package and storage:

200kg plastic drums or 1000L drums. Storing in cool and ventilated warehouse, avoid to strong sunshine directly. -5C-25C
